The Australian Agricultural Industry is highly valued across the world for the quality of its fruit and vegetable growing.   When I visit these regions I am always tempted to stop and drink in the citrus flavours offered at the roadside stalls and local markets. These landscapes that support so much of the cattle and sheep economy, also have quiet pockets of intimate beauty in the creeks and dams that meander through the bush. It offers the opportunity to breathe in the eucalypts, weeping tea trees and also sometimes the introduced species such as the Allamanda vine and citrus tree that all seem to delicately co-inhabit this beautiful area of the world.
