The Golden Wattle is Australia’s national flower.  It’s green and gold beauty when in flower punctuates the dry backdrop of gumtrees and earthy native plants. Over 300 species flourish throughout all parts of Australia and the Wattle is ideally suited to withstand droughts, winds and bushfires. The mottlecah is endemic to Western Australia’s coastline and the combination of the two flowering natives creates a lovely dynamic in a composition.
