Iluka is a small village at the mouth of the Clarence River in NSW. It has a beautifully relaxed atmosphere and I have fond memories of stopping by a lovely little art gallery with live music and friendly locals. They offered us food and wine and we stayed a little longer to enjoy the ambience Earlier in the day we explored the deep sienna sand pools that naturally form in between the rocks around the edges of the coastline, where small sea creatures thrive in the flow of tidal life.
