The Australian bush has a beautiful fresh smell after the rain.  Perhaps it is because of the dust that is washed away from the leaves and undergrowth that gives a fresh earthy aroma or maybe there are natural chemicals that are released from the eucalypt trees and filter through the senses.  In these moments, everything about the bush feels quiet, serene and cleansed. Mist rolls gently across the tops of the trees and softens the harsh landscape turning it into a natural place of contemplation.
